The Company
The practice has been in existence since 1988 and since
that time has developed considerable expertise in catering for the needs
of householders, businesses and landlords, together with their advisors,
such as solicitors.
For example, we can assist on the acquisition of a freehold for a lease,
extending, altering or developing property, preparing Schedules of Work
for making repairs due to inherent defects or perhaps following subsidence,
fire or storm damage.
We will deal with insurers and loss adjusters and provide
expert witness evidence in connection with disputes or litigation. We
can also provide valuation advice, negotiate rent reviews and dilapidation
claims and deal with all aspects of party wall matters.
Although we have acquired considerable local expertise,
we find that we are quite frequently asked to undertake work further
afield and we are pleased to do so.
Many of our clients do come back to us with further commissions
because of our ‘hands on’ approach combined with competitive
fees.
We hope that we can assist you with the development of
your project or help to solve your building problems. We will work with
you through every step to help you to achieve your objectives.
